Dr. Gravino offers short-term counseling with adults. Her approach to the counseling/psychotherapy relationship is collaborative and active. Her primary goal is to assist you in feeling comfortable with the therapy process and building a comfortable and meaningful therapeutic relationship. She will help you to feel safe in sharing what is most important to you and to assist you in best meeting your goals.
Dr. Gravino’s theoretical orientation is integrative, drawing upon principles from humanistic, interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and health psychology approaches. Her work blends the science of psychology with the practical tools of integrative health—addressing the connection between mind, body, and behavior to create sustainable change.
Grounded in collaboration, Dr. Gravino tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs and goals. She believes that the most important aspect of the work is the trusting, nurturing therapeutic relationship built together—one that provides the foundation for healing, growth, and lasting transformation.
